Amazing host. I have been with them for about a month and it's cheap, when ever you have a problem they reply within 24 hours and something within an hour. If you ever need a host, NeuronHosting is the way to go!!!!
I have to admit, I once loved this host. Uptime was perfect and support was great when I first started from about June, but lately the uptime issues (such as the attacks in August) and customer service issues have been a bummer for me.
I'd like to continue using it, but I may try a different host after my billing period ends. It was fun while it lasted, although the last 2-3 weeks have not been fun at all.
With that said, the website itself has been bugging out for me (makes me re login each time I click on something after logging in), so I can't even seem to get far enough to cancel the service if I want to. I'll probably send a support ticket, but that's it for me.

Sorry to see you go.
The login issue sounds like you have cookies disabled, try another browser and see if that fixes it.
If you want to get a refund for the remaining time, send me a PM with your name and I can do that for you.
A few days ago our registrar decided to make a mistake and we are waiting for ICANN to restore ownership to us, emails still work only our domain name was affected.
I payed for a server here over a month ago, and there's still no sign of it.
Please boot up the server, or I will have to consider taking my business elsewhere.
PM me with your email and I will refund you, sorry it took so long.
EDIT:
Let me reiterate, all servers are still online. Our main domain is down and servers are not currently being sold. But I assure you we are sill alive, and plan to be 100% operational within the next few weeks.
anychance you can post here when you get back online? i'm looking at restarting my groups factions server, and we need to get building
been looking at neurone for quite a while now, and am finally i a position where i can afford it properly.
Send me a PM and we can work something out.
Things are finally starting to return to normal, our website is now partially back up at http://neuronhosting.net and we should be back online 100% within the coming days.
Hello, my server was suspended on December 16, 2012, and I haven't heard any reply to either of my support tickets. I submitted proof that payments were made, contrary to the reason of suspending my server.
I would like some help with my issue please, or if no help is given, let my post serve as a warning to those who may be deciding to subscribe to NeuronHosting's Minecraft server space, that a current/former customer has had issues with timely support as well as false accusations of non-payment, and suspending my server without either double-checking, or giving me enough notice for me to prove my case first before suspension action takes place. For me, suspension was immediate upon receipt of their accusation, and I sent 2 support tickets, one on December 16, and another on December 20, with no reply.
Some of you who are registered to receive stock updates may notice that stock was added for the first time in months and is now sold out again. This was not an error, all of the stock we re-added was quickly sold.
Stock will slowly be added so we don't get overwhelmed with people and so I can personally ensure the expansion is done a constant rate so we maintain NeuronHostings well known response times. This might mean a wait until you get a server, but it ensures that quality of service is maintained.
Absolute trash.
Purchased a server on a yearly subscription, after the first month the server went offline.
I made countless tickets to try and get my server back up, finally after almost 2 months I was given the most unhelpful advice "enter your username and password" after that every ticket I submitted for four months was flat out ignored.
I would never do buisness with this company again, it is pathetic. Their service is either offline or not working and the customer support sucks. Steer clear of these guys-Save your money.
.75/10 is my rating. It would be 0 but for the first month it worked enough to play on.
