Disk space: 50GB
Bandwidth: 500GB
Dedicated RAM: 2GB
Burst RAM: 4GB

I have a few options for you:
1 > I can manage the VPS myself, pretty much put Minecraft on it, add plugins, whitelist, etc. and you just pay for it.
2> You can have full root access to the VPS and manage it yourself.
3> You manage Minecraft plugins and such with SSH, but I will install the server software.
4> A mixture of a before-said option
I pay about $20/mo. for this, so I think that is around 20-30 Million Runescape Gold. But I am always willing to negotiate.

With a VPS you can: Run a Minecraft server | Run a website | Use it for downloading torrents faster | and much more.
You will have your own choice of OS for it, there is Ubuntu, CentOS, and a few others.
