i like cheap i dont make much cash :3 idk if the cheaper stuff is any good my price range is about $10-15 monthly mabey a little higher for now cuz iv saved up soem cash :/

I suggest nobody does business with this company anymore. It was good for a while, but it seems like they just decided one day to forget about the company and not touch anything ever. I've been automatically overcharged money for a server that I canceled. I downgraded the server not long ago but I'm still being charged for the more expensive one even though I canceled. They were sure quick to lock me out of it! Nobody will respond and I've tried everything. I called the customer support number that shows on PayPal and it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung up. I opened a dispute so we'll see how that goes.
When I downgraded, they made me pay for the next month first because they generate invoices in advance. Then, I had to contact them to pay the difference like they said they would. It was a big hassle. They paid me in credit. I want my money back. I don't want credit. I'm not going to ever have a server with you again, so I was forced to pay the more expensive price for a worse server.
Same thing here. Service was good at first. After a while started getting packet loss. I asked if I could be moved to different location. They said they would look into it. Never heard anything again from them. I email them to close my account. At this point I can't log into the VPS, so I guess they would stop auto-charging my paypal account? NOPE. I email the admin and sales email accounts and get no response. I can't open a ticket because I don't have an account. Had to have Paypal cancel the reoccurring payment.

Well, I finally got some sort of response. I opened a PayPal dispute for the $9.49 that they automatically charged me after my account was closed. They didn't respond to any of the emails PayPal sent them, so I got the money back. I also opened a dispute last night for the money that I should have been refunded when I downgraded. This morning I had an email saying they agreed to refund the money and I had it in my PayPal account.
