All packages come with Free daily backups of your entire system, a custom sub-domain (you.minecraft.cm) and your choice of Linux Distro (CentOS 5.3, CentOS 5.5, CentOS 5.5 x64, Debian 5.0, Fedora 12 or Slackware 13.1, Ubuntu 10.04 & 10.10). All servers will have Java and Minecraft installed and can be configured to host your own website for your server if needed!
Full root access for SSH/SFTP as well as 24/7 support through our phone and ticketing system is also available on all packages. Custom backup configurations are also available depending on your frequency requirements.

Custom Sub-Domains! (you.minecraft.cm) - We're now happy to announce we're offering non-hosting customers the ability to grab their own sub-domain on a per month basis! Get a nice, simple and easy to remember URL for your server instead of an IP.

The servers themselfs are more than capable of a lag-free game, and there are soon to be world-wide locations. This is another huge plus from me for having a good reputation from the community of Minecraft.
Well this is my opinions from them so far so my point is to do research before you dump your cash on a cheap host and end up losing your server's player base because of lag and crash problems.
I'm shopping for a server hosting service with Minecraft.cm as my primary option, and I've been immensely satisfied with my experience so far. rch has been responsive and helpful, and it's apparent that he's dedicated to his customers. He offered to set me up with a trial server on Friday, after which I'll make my decision, so I hope to come back with a positive buyer's review in a couple of days!
Strupan, I'm happy we gained you as a customer and extremely glad we found that issue with the CraftBukkit plugin that had a memory leak. We were in quite a panic to get your server running smoothly and I'm super relieved that it has finally been sorted out.

This is the fourth host I been with and I am glad to say it should be the last host I will be hosting with. Rch, your one of the nicest, kindest, chillest guy I have ever met and talked with online. Rch is the person you can rely and put your head to his shoulder man. I have literally left my server to him to take care of for 2 days because of real life things to take care of and I can say. . . Wow . . . Just wow, not only did you help me fix errors and plugins by yourself while I was away, you treated my players on the server like its your own. I can say Rch is now like a brother to me and can easily be called as my family into server hosting. If anything, I can entrust him with ANYTHING with server related problems and he WILL get it done. The support is the help that you WILL get and will not be forgotten until they are satisfied with double the performance of your problem. They are the kind of person that will not sleep or eat until everything is in customer's need.
The Host Performance
After a couple hours of transferring my server onto there servers, we encountered some problems, and many errors with my plugins and configurations. The support team got onto the problem and went ahead working on the problem straight away. Soon after couple hours, my server was up and running. Of course I am one of the many that causes issues with plugins and cause errors within the console causing memory leaks (MCMMO Plugin). I contacted them and within minutes, I received an respond and we talked through the whole situation and how we can find the issue. I got tired and lazy like always, while I left the work to the support. When I woke up, not only did they fixed the issues, but even started the server up and explained to my players on whats going on. After the situation cleared, I am running 20 Slots no problem on the server I am hosted on. Much more smooth than any other hosts I been with and even installed a auto re starter plugin for my server!

Long time lurker but registered just to post an attaboy. Server is rock solid, Support is very attentive via AIM and tickets and willing to help with any questions. Support even checked back in the day after setup as a courtesy! SSH comes in REAL handy for server trouble diagnostics and general administration.
This is a case of you get what you pay for :smile.gif: I'm running a small 1gb craftbukkit server for myself and a few friends and we have not had a single problem! Highly recommended!
