I would just like to warn fellow minecraftians of the horrors of this site.
It all started when I discovered the owner was 16. I thought, alright, I wont worry about that. Until it became clear that he is not at all commited to the business, and provides 0 support. He literally told me "I dont know, go look it up" whenI had issues. So I did just that, and went about my business without support.
Then the actual server problems became prevalent when I started experiencing slowdown with a mere 5 people in a 2.5gb server. Odd, right?
They frequently would make sarcastic remarks to my support tickets when I asked them about these sorts of things, and when the server would be down completely.
So, I decided to post a review through their review site. Well, turns out bad reviews must be 'verified' and it was not posted. They said within the week a member from hostladder would try to resolve the problem, and if it was not dealt with, it would be posted. I was never ever contacted in regards to this.
And then came today. They crossed the line today. My server was down (still is) and they did not resolve it. I was raging and my friend was over, so he went into live chat and posted "your service sucks ****'. Childish, I know, and I closed the chat immediately. But sadly it was not more childish than the emails I received from hostladder, which clearly insulted me and called me a 5 year old among various things. This line in specific was particularly offensive in my eyes ..."because no one else out of our whole client group is having a "sucking ****" problem like you. "
This is clearly an insult. And if ANYONE here has ever worked at a job where customers are dealt with, you know you never EVER insult the customers, no matter the circumstances.
So this is the whole story, and I can update the future developments if you all wish. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

I'm with Go-Networks, and I'm satisfied with their service.
I could whitelist you on my server if you'd like to try GNS.
Me and my lame internet connections are like 12.000 miles from their datacenter
and got almost no delay at all, 1 sec at most.
Also, AllGamer and MyMcServ have great reputation,
but I haven't tried them first hand since they don't have available Californian server.
Releasing information like that is unethical and inappropriate.

I really think it's inappropriate. At least for us, confidentiality isn't waived when something like this happens. Granted it's annoying and would **** me off, but I wouldn't start releasing information like this. You could of at least took the time to blur out his full name and email address.

Except you have no clue on how slander actually works, considering he has contacted you several times about your sub-par customer service among other issues. These are things you actually did. You released a bunch of client information over a public forum.
You really think that was a good idea? You really think people are going to want to use your service now after you basically just showed everyone here how completely immature you are?
