Alright I better just time for me to pull the plug.. I haven't been able to live along with our dream server.. I will want a refund so I can pay my only staff for resupplying what he had donated from the beginning. So I will just wait once your support is open to process it...

As we can all tell by now, you seem to request a refund from every host. I went back through all of your posts too and the last one you made on each and everyone of them was along the lines of "Well, I can't run my mods without using a lot of CPU... I guess its time for a refund" or it was "Can't seem to get enough bandwidth according to <playername> on my server. He's an IT guy so he knows..." and so on for every host. Personally, if I was your host at this point, I'd say no to a refund since you're not only wasting my time but you're about to do the same to another as I know of 9+ hosts that have claimed the same thing. You order from one, lasts a week or less just before the refund time is due, and then you get your money back. Every single time. You have a pattern here and so far it's not a good one. You always have some reason. Here's what I have to say to you: Stop wasting hosts time please. It's valuable to them and you have to consider you're not their only client. One of my great friends works at Provision and I know how you act towards the staff. It's not very pleasant.
Overall, it seems you're causing problems. In one post you said "Some of the mods are compatible with each other and tend to lag" and then when the host said that he knew, you went off on him. I personally set up one of your MANY servers for a friend since I know quite a bit about mods myself and it seems your mods are the real problem, not ANY CPU.
DId I ever said I had CPU problems here? No, I'm actually not wanting the service anymore and was not satisfied with the support response times and they said within 7 days it fit in the policy. I actually pull that plug because I knew by now it Is my problems.. I never said anything about their CPU stinks or anything.

If you actually read my post completely before going off, I said you always have a SPECIFIC REASON. Never did I say you left because of a CPU. Also, you're pulling this again where right before their refund time is gone you ask for a refund. You do it to EVERY host.
Is this "abusing" the policy? Registration Date: 2013/11/11 I don't think so.. Two days is not taking "advantage" of them. I filed the refund 2013/11/13 14:16

I'll say it again: You didn't even read my entire post let alone any of it. I'm not going to argue with you on here, feel free to PM me if you'd like to go off on me when the answer to half of your posts are in my previous one. All I'm saying is I never said you abused anything, but thanks for going off on the wrong thing bud. But as you are saying, you are right in abusing. You do it to every host repeatedly. Just because a host has a refund policy doesn't mean to go and ask for it every time its near expiring or you think the host is bad because their CPU usage is too high for your liking when its your fault. Thats my two cents. Don't reply here to this though, if you want to keep going, take it the PM system.
EDIT: Removed my post, as Daniel of Provision Host did respond to my ticket (22 hours later) and the issue with my server being down is being addressed.

For goodness stake.. Good thing I got my money back so thanks for that but yea their support take a bare minimum a couple of hours. While I been there for the last two days live chat wasn't very active. However I did find a host that actually have good hours of live chat support+good ticket respond times. You can even see how long an average ticket take on their website! So far it been saying just over a hour to a hour and a half. Also who can say no to unlimited disk space? As long your running Minecraft contents inside their SSD drives they don't care. Same goes for bandwidth. Oh and stack on "best effort" DDoS protection to keep an idiot attack at bay. Finally I think I found a hosting company that I like. Oh yea so where was I? oh yea having Fun with my players and not dealing with hours long tickets! Thanks for honoring my refund though.

Hi RoaringThunder11,
We're currently having issues with our website domain registrar. We will keep everyone updated on progress as this issue is resolved. All servers are working as they should. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you! If you ever need any help / advice feel free to PM me!
Please do not hi-jack this thread. It is true, the company was sold and the current issue we face is due to the different parties which are currently involved with Provision Host.
Unfortunately at this time the domain name is still in possession of the previous owner, which we await to update the WHOIS information.
We do not have access to the domain registrar at this time and so, we are unable to fix this issue and hope that Brandon will update it shortly.
We can assure you that once this is fixed precautions will be put in place to prevent it from occurring again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers. It is a crazy time on our side too as every minute without a functioning site is bad for business as you can imagine.
Stay tuned to our Twitter, Facebook and these forums for updates on progress as we try to recover the domain name as soon as possible.
