I have had a ticket open ALL DAY LONG and I can't get a ****ing response, that's the problem here.
There is no one by the name of Tom or anyone with the surname Chesterson registered on Provision Host. All tickets get answered in under 24 hours tops.
Please supply myself or CFC with your ticket number and full name.
Glad we could sort this out for you but for future reference this thread is not by any means a support method for clients.
Yet it was the way I was able to get ahold of you. :wink.gif:
We are always available through Ticket Support too but since we receive many queries we do ask that you please be patient. However we are glad we have sorted out your problem and wish you the best of luck with your server and adventures!

Hi Sokaroka,
We don't have the option of 512 RAM. Only 1gb and upwards, depending on the amount of slots required. For a 12 slot server it would be 1GB. You can see our available plans here for more info: http://www.client.provisionhost.com/cart.php?gid=4
Whoever deleted my post, I wasn't bashing the company.
Don't get me wrong, you guys were fast and it seems a very reliable service.
I had a post saying that I will not be hosting with you due to ping issues.
This was simply because of where I am located, I have an average of 300 ping.

Yes we have Live Support and if you wish you may access it at any time to ask your questions. We also have pre-sales questions/tickets that can be submitted to our Sales department.
All of our servers are Linux based and use CentOS 5. However we offer other OSs upon request if you submit a ticket to our support department after ordering.
I can't seem to find any link to Live Support anywhere, though I could just be missing it. Can you point me to it please?
What kind of hardware do you run? What's your network like? I can't find any of this information on your site. There is an "about us" link that appears when you go to http://client.provisionhost.com but the page cannot be found and it disappears when you go to http://provisionhost.com
We've processed your order and your server is now up and ready for use :smile.gif:

Everything was dealt with and time was credited to my account for any delay.

I'm looking to host an 8-10 slot SMP server.
Would I need 512MB or 1024MB ram?
Would it make too much of a difference?
Also, do you have a test server I can ping to test my lag?
I am located in Australia.
Thanks.

But anyways, thanks.
