I chose OrbitBlade for my Minecraft server. I have to say, so far this company is the best I've worked with! From their low prices to their high performance servers. I am completely satisfied with OrbitBlade.
Thanks spike! I ordered a 3gb server, installed some plugins and everything's working fine! I have no complaints, the reason I switched from XtremeServerHost to OrbitBlade is that one, XSH was nearly double the price of your servers. And two, when I try to contact the minecraft support even on skype, they would barely answer (No offense if you see this and work for XSH). The only thing I would want on OrbitBlade is some sort of official server where the server owners can hang out and new people can test out the servers.

Thank you very much for your review! We do have an official OrbitBlade server at mc.orbitblade.com.
The tekkit server is a nightmare to setup and the 2MB/file upload limit does not help!
We're sorry you have had trouble installing Tekkit. The 2mb file upload limit is a limitation with PHP, and that is why you should use FileZilla when uploading files.
The *.zip upload and extract script that's by default setup in the Multicraft control panel doesn't work. At. All.
The zip extract script is working correctly. I have just checked. The only reason it wouldn't work is if you uploaded a corrupt JAR file.
The *.JAR file is missing from the root directory, not to mention the rest of the files...
The JAR file is copied from our repository. I'm not sure how you are having issues with the JAR file. Furthermore, you are to upload your own Tekkit files.
In conclusion, we would be glad to help you out with anything that you need. Just please open a ticket!
Don't worry we understand your frustration! Please let us know if you need help. Minecraft has many issues at times when it comes to server maintainence
Hello,
We aren't scammers, and have 100s of satisfied clients. Could you please send an email to [email protected], so we can better assist you. Unfortunately, we have never received any email regarding a refund. You probably sent the email to the wrong address.
We hope to speak to you soon.
I have a problem.
Whenever I join my server, there's no terrain. And it's not just for me, either. All my other players have to rejoin a thousand times just to get a fragment of the land to show.
I'm using the Cow package, to start out with, too.
Does that affect anything?
If so, please send me a solution!
Thanks,

Could you please open a support ticket through your client area?
would it be possible for me to have a non-recurring payment method? if not how easy is it to cancel a plan (including payment)?
You do not have to have a recurring payment setup with us. If you would happen to set one up you could get it cancelled by either opening a ticket or by cancelling it yourself.

We have US servers in North Carolina, and Seattle, Washington.
The 20 player limit is simply a maximum. It doesn't mean you can necessarily run 20 players on at once.
Sorry, however we do not offer web hosting.
