Hello, I have just purchased 4GB server from you but I do not have access to upload a custom JAR as your advertisement claims. I have opened a support ticket but thought I might need to post here as well. I would like to stress that if I am unable to use a custom jar I will be requesting a refund, just saying.

I've been using many server hosters before, such as minerack and cloudfrosthosting and much more, but as of what I've seen, excluding MCProHosting, this is the best hosting I've used. This hosting company has very fast replying time, with great services.

Before OrbitBlade updated their Multicraft software, I was able to get my FTB server working after spending some time with Paul Suchko to get things setup correctly. Since the update, my FTB server broke, I couldn't get any other custom JAR server running, even after dealing with support and Paul. Then they stopped responding to tickets at all, so I cancelled. Their support used to be much better, but at the end, I would have tickets open for over a week and never got a response of any sort. If they get their act together, I might be interested in going back, but I have no interest in a host that doesn't respond to help tickets and can't get FTB or CrackPack running.
Depending on what plugins they are and how large you world is. It might be enough, however 5gb would probably be on the low end for the type of server you'd like
