Hold on, you're making yourself look bad. 5$ for 1GB, then 2$ for 2.5GB, then 15$ for 5GB or 20$ for 6.5GB? That makes no sense. Your billing client doesn't have any products in it either, and it's not set up worth anything. The template you got is not for a hosting service what so ever. I've had trouble reaching the live chat, and you barely provide any information on like server specs, payment options accepted etc etc... So, what gives?
I'm also going to try and speak to the person on the live chat to get some more information. Hope you're not putting bad quality on your brand and actually try and update stuff before you start posting about it on forums.

I just spoke with the owner of this 'company'. It turns out he has been using a nulled version of WHMCS. I would not recommend buying from this 'host'.
He also uses Hostinger to host his website even though he offers hosting services... Doesn't make much sense. Could be a scam.
