Exile Servers is a really good server host. They have very affordable prices for such good service. I been with them for several months now and if I ever need help they are always there to help.
I can now say definitively, after using it for a little while longer, that this is the single best host I have ever used.
First, the support is absolutely AMAZING. I've submitted 7 support tickets (almost all about domains, I've never used a domain before and I bought one from them) and all have been answered within 24 hours, most times a lot sooner. Everybody there is amazing, polite, and understands that I'm new to some of this stuff, and don't understand anything technical about domains.
10/10 support!
Second, the quality of the service! It's a lot cheaper than other hosts, with ABOUT $5/gb. I've never had a crash and the nodes are updated to maintain stability when needed. I'm using the normal Minecraft hosting, the Mossy Cobble plan which is ~ $15 (WITHOUT THE SALE) for:
3072MB RAM (3GB)
110 Player Slots
Unlimited SSD Space
Unlimited Bandwidth
Bukkit/Spigot + Mods
Multicraft Panel
FTP & MySQL
Buycraft + Enjin Trials
Dedicated IP

ExileServers also has something called Minecraft Cloud hosting which is basically designed for networks with multiple games like ShotBow, Mineplex or a smaller one, TheArchon. Unfortunately, I don't have enough money to purchase or try it on my server, so I can't speak about how that is, but I have just been developing per-world-plugins and this has been going well.
7/10 pricing (I've seen lower, although the quality that comes with it is amazing)
10/10 service (for the regular Minecraft Hosting plan, never had any troubles)
I strongly recommend ExileServers for your needs, I switched to them after using the biggest hosting company that exists on the market (will not disclose name still, but you can kind of figure it out) and have not been disappointed.

We have been around since 2011 and have been in the hosting market for a really long time. Bought the 3gb plan from them i had a issue with my MySQL database i couldnt make one so i made a ticket waited over 3 days with no response i was getting tired of this so i made a ticket asking for a refund i then get asked what my issue was and i said im not please with the host and that i found a better deal then the support says we can not grant a refund due to there being no technical issue so i reply with what my technical issue is "the MySQL Database not working i couldnt even make one" get no reply for around another 24 hours and im stilling waiting on the reply and during this time they dont even respond to my issue ticket but instead close it and still dont fix the issue
