We run the Multicraft control panel (always updated) that has all the options unlocked for server owners to set whatever they need to get up and running. If you have not used the Multicraft panel, you can get a demo here. Here in an image of the panel, we try to keep it clean and appealing:
Support
Support is something we take seriously, there is nothing worse then being out of contact with your host on the night your server launches. We offer 24/7 support from truly exceptional staff. All presales questions can be answered over email, tickets, Skype (if preferable), or through live chat. Any Minecraft support questions can be handled through the same means but also through our forums (coming soon )
I'm currently running the Coal plan and it's working great for my modded forge Pixelmon server. I've done worldedits in the range of 6m+ blocks without issue. The price is fair and the service I get is pretty solid.

I would just like to say, I own a 32GB Dedicated from ExileServers and its been the best investment from anyone I've ever purchases from. I've been DDoSed plenty of times and I haven't noticed any lag what's so ever. I wouldn't of even known I was being DDoSed if it wasn't for their 24/7 support team. If you have an issue, they are always there for your need.
I'd recommend Exile over any other service, including OVH. ExileServers easily has the best deals, best support and best hardware of any company I've ever seen.

I've had Exile as our hosting company since Sept '14. They've been phenomenal. I can't believe the difference in response time, customer service, and willingness to help compared to the last company we used. We switched over from Apex after 3 or 4 months (of an annual subscription). Every time we had an issue, it was our fault, our JRE was buggy, or the plugins weren't working, or something similar. It took an act of congress to get them to do or say anything other than "it's a problem on your end." In short their customer service was so bad it was better for us to leave then wait out our full subscription time. When we changed over to Exile, we moved over everything just as it was, and it worked very well. They helped us move over the server, set it up, and we were up and running. The server ran better, and our uptime dramatically increased. When we have had to contact customer support, they've been very helpful, attentive, and go out of their way to get the problem corrected. And I've yet to hear 'it's a problem on your end'. As a new server owner, I can't tell you how nice it's been to have a hosting company that is patient and willing to help. I will definitely be renewing our subscription and I'd absolutely recommend Exile to anyone who's looking for a hosting company.
