My apologies Starfire. Usually our tickets are handled within 30 minutes. If we haven't already provided a compensation, please contact us in a new ticket and we'll happily provide a generous extension to your service.
To prevent this fake e-mail spam, you could make it so customers choose a name for their server when they purchase it, instead of using their e-mail address. I have seen another host let you choose the name via the billing panel (WHMCS), while ordering.
I'm giving this host a try, lets hope for the best. I'm having a few problems but I've submitted a ticket as I don't think I'm getting what I'm paying for, and I'm waiting for a reply. Let's hope they get back to me soon.

I can't recommend this host to anyone! The servers take so long to log into! (not just my server, I checked with others who host with TaurSlots)! When people tried to join people who were already in the game got kicked as it lagged, and although I paid for 4GB of RAM only 1.5GB was allocated to my server. I wasn't happy, and I've requested my refund (24hour guarantee). TaurSlots has great staff, however their servers are slacking. Big improvements needed guys I'm now with another host and I'm having none of these problems.

1) You should allow people to change the number of player slots.
2) You should allow people to upload custom .jar files.
Everything else is perfect.
They allow you to do both if you give them a ticket stating that you want a custom jar or want to change the number of player slots.
