Since you are encouraging clients to use an address without SSL, I must inform you that this is not safe for customer's data and I would not recommend anyone making any purchase, or even enter their password.
Given the fact that your clients didn't have any access to their servers control panel for the past 2 Days, and to make it even worst you didn't even make any announcement in the first ~9 hours of this incident.
I believe that a lot of your reviews are from people working for you, because minutes after your downtime, one or two of your "clients" were looking for job in other companies, through this forum.
One final thing, I respect Shockbyte , but if you really bought your professional hosting through another hosting company, you haven't done any proper research, and it will be sad to see another summer host going down in September.
I was really interested on being your customer, but as BensDaMan said, you really get what you pay for.
Good luck with your issues.

The other reason they are a terrible company is the fact they're just another summer host that resells OVH.
Also yeah, hosts should force SSL/HTTPS on all the time, at this rate, these jokers are probably storing passwords in plain text too lol...

Our SSL will return shortly, and it is forced. All payments are handled externally under an SSL. Most Minecraft hosts do not use an SSL at all. We are not "another summer host that resells OVH". Yes, OVH is our provider however we're in this long term. Also remember that we charge $2.50/GB and class ourselves as a budget host. There's plenty of hosts using OVH and selling at upwards of twice our price. I'd suggest trying our services before making a judgement.

I personally think that everyone needs to just calm down. The fact the their website was down for around two days, while being unfortunate, doesn't mean that they are going to stop the company. They are obviously trying to work this whole thing out and it wouldn't be a bad idea for us to stand behind them with support.
I, for one, am extremely satisfied with Taurslots services and I will continue to recommend them to all of my friends for both Minecraft Server hosting and Website Hosting.

What people don't understand is that all these trusted Minecraft providers started just like this. It's not like over night they had 10000 clients and everything was good. They all started like this, with something small and slowly they got big and trusted. And to be honest this kind of problem can happen to anyone at any time. Could be hardware, could be software, who knows.

REALLY dissapointed
We're very sorry about this, basically this happened because your DNS hadn't propagated. Your server should still be online as normal, however we'll have to manually migrate your client account over from the old database.
So are we getting those compensations anytime soon? I've looked at my account and I haven't seen anything happen yet. I'm just wondering if you got to that yet, or if you will soon.

He lives on the other side of the world as well, so it may take some time to get a reply from Taurslots.
True that but it is almost 9 in the morning over in Sydney.

Try clearing your browsers cache, because for me it works.
Refreshing with Shift + F5 should work just as good too. Otherwise your DNS may not have propagated yet (You could try using Google DNS).
