I have done every help step suggested on the mojang site. This is so frustrating! None of my emails to the contact have been answered.We have the right email address, the game shows up on the account, we have a receipt saying we have paid for the game, we tried making new passwords, re-downloading the game. Its been two weeks since they took my money but we have yet to be able to play!
Have you decided to phone a friend for support and finally now accept that it's purely luck if you get a working account on Mojang or not?
Of course you've read the "it's your fault if your account doesnt work or activate" stuff and even the "when will Mojang reply?"
We read them too, all day while we tried to figure out why any business wouldn't fix their front-end store cash register since 2012 and then we all decided to go play checkers.
