Heresy. This totally breaks the the whole game conception. I think that even this bug must be fixed, to eliminate any possible temptations in future. I propose to consider any talks about circles in MC as a tabu.

Alright, this is awesome. I would agree that it looks like it broke all logic, but seeing that it's just a bunch of cubes connected together, I'll overlook this.
OMG people are you serious?. These spheres were MADE BY COMMAND BLOCKS, they were not added to the game as a solid entity nor someone in mojang thought about it!. It's just some member discovered it. Now let's be legit , if you come around making something like this with a command block, i sure will doubt most of all your slow computers can withstand all these 1000+ minecarts without lagging beneath the 7 layers of hell. not to mention that these spheres do despawn after a short time.

In my opinion (which doesnt count on the internet) i think that the sphears are cool but its not "minecraft". i want minecraft to be simple and got kind of dissapointed that they added many "OP" commands to the command block. the simple ones like "time set day" is okay becuse it doesnt change the game that much. but when they add stuff like "vanilla world edit" i think its too much. it is really cool that you are able to flip the block and copy, past them but its not really what i thought minecraft would end up in later after i bought it at beta 1.6. i kind of wanna blame jeb and dinnerbone for it but they made minecraft really good after notch made the base game. i would like that they would made a minecraft "vanilla" version that just have basic commands and focus more on the survival and creative part of minecraft then have a "technical version that focus more on commands and makeing the game just as you want it. as i said in the begining of this comment that this is just my opinion about how they should make the game, i would like to hear yours incase you can convince me :3

Well, why not, this is a great idea!
It's a good decoration for maps or stuff like that.
But Minecraft was supposed to be square with square blocks, circles, spheres or rings are not allowed in this video game and I have no ideas why Mojang decided to add spheres in Minecraft.
With spheres, those sorts of shapes now seem way too easy too make.
