its a bucket fill in-depth commentary on modern consumerism's over-exploitation of positive human emotion via minimalistic figures seated in a retro-aesthetic.
It's "jum bo dee es six tee for", NOT "jum bods six tee for" or "jum bo dee es six for". What the heck is a jumbod, anyway?
The spheres are only made by the new rotation command. And besides, the spheres disappear after about 5 minutes anyway. It's neat what you can do with commands now. Quit freaking out everyone, they will never actually add smooth surfaces to Minecraft. Blockscape is the one with the realistic terrain!
So many people flipping out over the existence of spheres in Minecraft... Did anyone that's posted in this thread actually WATCH the video that explains it, before posting?
They didn't "add spheres" to Minecraft. Someone just figured out how to horribly abuse game mechanics to be able to create things that LOOK like spheres, using a large number of mine-carts and command blocks. The shapes aren't solid, and aren't even stable. They disintegrate after a few minutes. They are incredibly lag-inducing. In short, interesting to see, but nothing to get your underwear in a bunch over. I'm sure Mojang never even dreamed of someone doing this with mine-carts and command blocks.
This is a very interesting feature. If I recall correctly, there was a way to make minecarts invisible as well. If that is true, it might be possible to have a sphere with an opening without the obvious mass of minecarts.
Will be interested to see if this is used in other maps, perhaps by the creator of the Code. The final destruction sphere shown in this video showed obvious similarity to Code III's ending,

I have discovered a truly remarkable proof of this, which this margin is too small to contain.

Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?
... did I really ask that?
I think as long as it's low-poly (think Nintendo 64), it's fine. Cubes are preferred, though.
GENERATION 20: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig and add 1 to the generation.

(P.S. I'm sorta in you guys' camp, although this will make for some cool adventure maps.)
