That cow in the corner of the screen there is also something sticking out.

The debug screen has changed. The cursor has been changed to a 3 dimensional indicator and the direction your character faces (X or Y) will be bold.

I'm still wondering why I get tons of lag in this snapshot. I normally get up to 50-60+ FPS. Not really ideal if you're recording for YT.

I sense a thread coming on that will go something like this.

WHAT THE HECK MOJANG? STOOPID VILLAGERS ARE ICONIC TO MINECRAFT! MAKE THEM DUMB. THEY R STEALING ALL OF MY WHEAT.

But in all honestly, this looks like a really cool snapshot!

It is probably a reference to the Seecret Friday Updates from the earlier development stages.

I thought the command was /fill, not /fillreplace.
Can someone explain the difference? Is this basically replacing certain blocks in a selection?

Yes. Back in pre beta Minecraft, Mojang sometimes released secret updates dubbed "Seecret Friday Updates". They apparently liked that idea.

Mojang, fix this lag bug...

It's a snapshot. Snapshots are almost ALWAYS laggier than the release version. Complain about the lag if it's lagging still when 1.8 comes out.

I can't see textures of floating items or item frames unless I'm facing north. I'd report it but apparently you need to be a member to report bugs. can anybody else report?

Frame rate drops way down into the teens at times.

There are no images appearing in my item frames at all!!!!

Can't Wait to try it out. I wonder what the secret thing is... A developer thing to help with future updates?

Still no MOD API? All this other stuff is nice and all but yeah...mod api would be a really good thing
