1. Fix the villagers' AI FCOL.
2. Sea monsters would be cool.
Rare sea monsters (Its a real pain when you are just starting and the water is not safe)
Mobs should be able to pick up dropped items (Sheep pick up and eat wheat, wild wolfs should take drooped meat)
Minecraft logic: Add 100 awesome things, Add 1000 bugs automatically. Now as much as I exaggerated that, 1.7(official release) is filled with bugs. The textures for certain items don't load properly, sound is messed up, turning music to 0 still plays music, minecarts make you get out 4 blocks away from the cart, inventory graphical glitches, strange night vision behavior, I can keep going but I think I've made my point. Not gonna say the update is bad, I personally love it. But they(Mojang) should really fix most of the major bugs during snapshot stage and then release the official version.
I have 0 intention of playing this version until some kind of 1.7.3 comes out, but that's been said to death already, so I won't say more on that front.
Instead, I'll say that more than one world has been changed in this update. Sure, there's the world gen changes, but that only affects survival people. The early snapshot changes are what totally revolutionized how maps will be made for mapmakers, and that's worth it in itself.

Developed the puzzle branch for the map Diversity 2, and recently released a puzzle map called The Present Factory. I later put the guts in a map called "Valley of the Kings", which I'm too lazy to link.
I am excited to see everything but it seems my older versions of minecraft crash as soon as i launch them and it is the same with technic launcher. I believe that if there are bugs like this, there is no point even playing minecraft anymore.
It's a 25 dollar game for a game that gets constantly nerfed for eg: wheat and trees and mojang doesn't listen to other people's suggestions and most people even now have cracked minecraft or atleast some of the people who has minecraft also all in all they actually don't add much in the game they mainly add decoration blocks and that's pretty much about it. For a game like this it's very pricy and even 7 Days to Die is worth less than this and it probably always will.
You mean the 7 Days To Die that's $35 for the alpha access version?
Some people have cracked Minecraft. They shouldn't. Notch only endorsed piracy as a way for people to try the game until the demo mode was added in. Now it's there, nobody has a legitimate excuse to be cracking it.
I still don't get what you mean by the wheat and trees getting 'nerfed'. I'm not entirely sure that word means what you think it means. But we've had entirely new world generation, health/hunger revamp, redstone updates, plenty of little tweaks to AI and game mechanics... Just because the non-graphical updates don't make themselves so readily apparent, doesn't mean that decoration blocks are the only thing that's been added.
Still, if you feel like you're not getting your moneys' worth, you can always stop playing. Meanwhile, the majority of players will be looking beyond the relatively few cosmetic updates and bugs to see that a fair bit has changed under the hood, and getting mildly excited about what that means for future updates.
Okay, the good:
-I LOVE the new Mega Tiaga biome! I have a new favorite biome!
-The new flowers are a nice touch, I especially like the sunflowers
-The new, more realistic look of Extreme Hills and Extreme Hills+, particularly the additional snow and barren, rocky "above the tree-line" look of the higher elevation peaks. Waterfalls look especially nice falling from these peaks down steeper cliffs.
-The new Ice Plain Spikes! (Can't wait to find one...)
-The Mesa Biome looks gorgeous!
-Wow! Is it a PROBLEM riding horses! I don't use horses often, but I keep one in a stable for long distance travel, and since all the new biomes are very far from my explored land... First, there is horrible lag when riding horse, similar to the way it was when they first debuted. And the forests in newly generated land are actually worse than Jungles in terms of being impenetrable on horseback. Idk if this is a glitch or some new thing with tree placement in newer forests.
Other than that, I am pretty happy with the new update. Very cool new biomes to explore!
The Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
Sence no one else said it, right clicking on a doubletall flower with bonemeal drops a flower. So spamming a stack of bonemeal on a poppy gives you a stack of poppys. Nice to see it is possible to farm the large flowers. works for rosebush, lilac, poppy, and sunflowers.
