My name comes from three things. My real name is Christopher so Kitt is a short version of that. The Kid comes from the fact that when i was much younger and my mother would want me to do something she always called "kid come here" and I knew she wanted me to do some chore for her. Kid also comes from the fact that I always jokingly told my friends and family I suffered from peter pan syndrome and would never grow up, I would always be a kid at heart. so when I started on the web back in the AOL days i just choose a name that reflected who I am and I've had it now for over 25 years. I am considering changing it now though. In a lot of games people assume I'm 15 and a noob. Or some kind of stalker when they actually find out I'm an adult. So a lot of my stuff is switching to Kitteran and I'm not to sure about it. I've had the kidkitt alias for so long that I feel like i'm betraying an old friend. Oh and just to let everyone know I'm not saying young players are noobs or that older players are stalkers. Just that some people stereotype.
Mine is an interesting story, but only for those actually interested in learning the reason why the white-haired sovereign is named as he is. If you asked me, my short answer would be "Because the character I created myself is named Heric." But his name origin is tied to my own.
It started a long time ago. Maybe when I was 8. Not sure. I joined my first ever online community. Neopets. As I had to think up a good username to join, I jumped to the first thing that popped into my head.
Supercute.
Of course, my brother was aiding me in creating my account, and I understood the wisdom when he said I might be mistaken for a girl with that username. So I chose instead something long enough to remember, but easy enough to say. Thus, on neopets, I am now Hereicomenow.
A few years later, we discovered a fan site with a great community on it's forums. As I know some forums are rather touchy about mentioning other forums, I shall not name the site. Regardless, the community was great, and it was my first taste of roleplaying. Naturally, my name, still being hereicomenow, was rather long, so it got abbreviated time and time again. Comenow was the most common one. I believe sometimes it got abbreviated as Here, HICN, and some others. But then, one member abbreviated it in a way no one had before.
Heric.
This name had a nice ring to it. Short, yet cool. Thus, after promptly thanking them for the new name, I switched mine to...Dark Heric. While everyone still called me Heric, I use Dark Heric, or Lord Heric, as an alternate name when my five-letter persona is already taken. Which I'm pretty sure it hadn't been taken, but still...(The Dark/Lord prefix was more a representation of preferring the dark side when it came to fantasy)
I don't remember who called me it first. It may very well have been my best friend on that forum, who addressed herself as 'Moogi'. Might have been Raven/Valka. Maybe even _johnpaul, an old RPing buddy.
If anyone recognized me anywhere else, feel free to give me a holler here or there. Also, if the place has a searchbar, just type in 'Heric'. Heck, I bet you could google my name, and find my material(Albeit mostly here.)

Would you rather read a story of knights and dragons, or be in one?
I'm glad people support my dragon raising. Could I ask for assistance with this one now?
Check out my dragon scroll(http://dragcave.net/user/Heric) if you want to see the dragons I have. I may get more dragons later.
Well, I've only been playing video games for 3-4 years ever since I started playing Pokemanz (I can't believe it either, but I'm under 15) so when I was introduced to Minecraft, I was hooked. When I finally bought it, I liked the nature of Endermen. How they scare people, and how people use them along with Ender dragons to make up MC stories (I've seen this before). And since I'm pretty young, but I look older then I am because of my height and I am a "kid", I created TheEnderKid. However, this name was taken when I signed up, so I took TheEnderKid55 (in Pocket Edition), but later changed it to TheEnderKidTZX (the TZX is for private reasons plus this is my username on PC Edition). I wanted to make an awesome backstory about TheEnderKid, who betrayed Herobrine and stuff but I haven't been working on it. But it's not exactly my main username. My username is always like this: "The<insert something here that relates to whatever I'm signing up for>KidTZX". On games where you create your own games (Createrria for iOS) or multiple games that use the same account (.i.e. XBox Live, it's the only thing I can think of right now) I call myself TheUltraKidTZX. In Pokemanz forums or other stuff I call myself "TheElekidTZX" (hah it's already a kid). You get the point. I'm just TheKidTZX. A kid I am.
So there was this MMO I used to play, and while you could respawn, every time I died I made a new character. Didn't wanna deal with the hassle of getting crap back. (Though I never actually got that far before restarting.) Eventually, (years ago,) while making a new name, I went with "Sandman", not from Enter Sandman, but rather "Mr. Sandman", though I only knew it from a scene in Back To The Future. Eh, can't do "Sandman", fine, I'll slap a number on there. So Sandman366 was my next run through. But not just my next time playing...this one I said "You know what? SCREW IT. I'm tired of making a new account every time, I'm just going to try continuing on this time."
I've since stuck with the name Sandman366. It's not just my "internet name", it feels more like a normal alias. It's me anywhere I go, with only a couple of exceptions. (But those are just variations anyway, like an 'O)' in front for a couple of games from a dead Starcraft 1 mapping clan (and boy did I suck at mapping, lol). But that's only on SC1 and WC3 anyway.)
Strangely (someone would probably put "unfortunately", there), I also sometimes feel more at home online chatting with text instead of talking (though spoken word can have feeling, not really the same with text), so sometimes, responding to Sandman online feels more normal than my real name....in real life. So yeah, Sand here. Sup?
Mine is a really stupid name. it just popped into my mind.
The thing is, I needed a Minecraft name, and I thought, "I need something that sounds right with Canare!" So I got 'Canary'. I needed something to go with that, so my sister though of 'casserole'. And I said, "Okay."
Back in the third grade, my neighbor (known on the internet as Orion the Game Master) and I decided to make up our own language. It didn't go so well and the only word we could come up with was "cho" which meant hello. Fast Forward to 6th grade and I was super into MMOs and needed to make usernames for them. So I used "NinjaMan" for a couple of usernames but I was tired of having numbers after the name. So for Runescape I chose "choninja", remembering my made up language and thinking that I didn't have to put any numbers after it. However, I had to and I chose 21 after the day of my birthday: the 21st of April. Later in 8th grade I got a Youtube account and used choninja21 and it stuck. I have been "choninja21" ever since.
I sort of regret this name now as some people have misread it as "chodninja" and have taken to calling me chod. Whatever, just call me ninja or Guy (a nickname among friends which come from the fact that I am usually "that guy" if you know what I mean)
My name on the internet is usually ArosBastion, but someone already had it on here. My name is based on my favorite game series, Kingdom Hearts. Aros being Sora backwards and Bastion being named after the world Hollow Bastion. Everyone usually just calls me Aros though.
I got my name from the fact i played all of the fallout games and knew ALOT about the games history and all of the quests and such. So i became the "Falloutgod112" (112 is from vault 112 from fallout 3). Thank you interplay/black isle studios and bethesda for my interwebs name
My Minecraft name is the name of a chemical compound. I actually have no idea what that compound is, I just saw the word pyrazoline while searching for something that would make a good Minecraft name. Since the name Pyrazoline wasn't taken, I used it, and it just sort of stuck.
My actual nickname, Isa, has a longer history. I'd made my username on another website IsabelSchantz, after the name of a character in a story I was writing. Someone called me "Isa" and I started to increasingly prefer the name over my actual username. Eventually I did actually change my username to Isa and now people on the internet know me almost exclusively as that.
I had been nagged and nagged by the kids to get accounts for this game called Minecraft and eventually relented. As the kids setup a server at home, I went off and did a crashcourse in Minecraft survivial and bought myself an account.
From my Battletech days (which are still going) I used the name Fletcher, which over time became Fletch. To hidde my identitiy from the kids I pulled up a dictionary, did some research and Fliugica was the old english form of Fletcher. Bingo.
I then logged into the kids server and they ran around worried that someone had already 'hacked' their server. Kids trolled; Dad one, kids zero.
Why do I feel inclined to respond to this? Oh well.
My IGN (Burgmond) originated as Prof.Burgmond on PSN. The name is a mixture of my 2 all-time favorite adventure custom maps in Minecraft, The Wizard Burgmond series of maps, and the Professor Griswald series of maps. A little while later I picked up Portal 2 for the PS3, got a steam account, registered it on that, and had just brought my PSN name over to my steam account. A LONG while later, I started playing the Tribes: Ascend Beta and found myself at a problem, the name Prof.Burgmond was not allowed (for some reason). So I had shorten it down to just, Burgmond. I have been that as that ever since.
PS: The profile picture is the default cause i'm to lazy to look for a way to change it. But not too lazy to learn Speedrunning routes for Half-Life 2, Portal, and Portal 2. Don't ask I'm just crazy like that.
I was born in Apeldoorn, a village in the Netherlands. if you separate those words, apel (almost the Dutch word for Apple) and doorn (Dutch for thorn) you get Apple and Thorn. I just combined those two and added "Mr" to it, because it sounded cool.
Hmm well most of my handles are R3SET because i always wondered what would life be if we all had reset switches, have one more chance in high school, say goodbye to people you care about, try and change the oncoming future, and maybe create a better result but beside that i also go by Memo cause i always have to jot things down or i forget
When I was in middle school I had a hard time and nobody liked being around me and I brought everyone down, so I went to computer games. Upon creating a name I really liked the thought of chemicals and hazardous materials at the time so I figured it had to have biohazard in it and it finally popped into my head! Walkingbio, as I thought of myself as a walking hazard to others. Though now adays I'm not having such a hard time i did back then, in fact I'm very happy with my life and how it's turned out I still love the name due to it's originality. Plus it reminds me I made it through a rough patch in my life very successfully.
It was some years ago and I was playing a lot of games made by Nexon, 2 were MapleStory and CombatArms, Viper comes from a codename used in CombatArms and Aran was a Class that had just come out on MapleStory which was my go to class.
Well, i always appreciated unique names on the web in comparison to "awesomedude2012" or something.
At first, i went by the name "DerGraf", the title of a song by my then favorite band. But that name was taken very often, because its also a common noble title (duke in english). Then it was Atrax, but that was taken often, too.
I dont know if my name has any meaning. There is a figure from the bible called Hiram. From time to time i find something Japan-connected. I dont know of a meaning or a translation.
I am not sure how i came to my current name. Suddenly it was there. But i am quite happy that the only guy you can find on the web when you google my nick, is actually me. All my characters in different RPs have this name. It is as much my name as the one written on my passport. Its a part of my Identity. And i would never change it.
My username came to be when my little brother found a stray cat after he (my brother) hurt himself skateboarding. We fed him for a while and he kept coming back so we named. Since my brother (10 at the time) found him, he got to name him. He chose Moo because he was black and white spotted and reminded him of a cow. So I got Moohugger08 because I loved that cat and hugged him often (12 at that time) It stuck with me
Cat is also male.

My name is awful. At the time I chose it, I was terribly unoriginal (And pretty much still am to this day). Several disadvantages include:
1. People mistaking the 'Amine' part of my name to be 'Anime'. This is bad because I hate anime and I'm always approached by random people who make obscure anime references.
2. My name is 15 letters long, which causes a bug in the coloured name plugin that most servers use to make me look like a steve. This doesn't sound as bad at first, but believe me, I'm attacked and harassed everyday by kids running around saying 'KILL DA STEVES GRIEFIGN HAKKING NOOOBS LOLOLOLOLOLOL'.
3. It's unoriginal.

To all of you people who think Notch is still working on the game, he stopped working on Minecraft in late 2011. Get your facts straight and stop spamming his twitter about Minecraft updates.
