Yikes, I hope that furnace-exploding feature remains a temporary joke. Because I just put a stack of porkchops in a furnace and 3 Coal, then removed the raw porkchop after it cooked about 5 of them, and it still exploded when it was empty!

Ok, I know alot of people disagree on this, but in a way it is fake and true.
Minecraft 2.0 will not be an official update, but most of it WAS coded into a seperate jar that is up for download. So it was an april fools joke, but Mojang went a long way to make it convincing.
The update is real, but its existence is a joke.
