By 1.0 Hopefully it is at the Same Stage of Devopement as The PC Version was at the time, But Due To limited Capacity of Mobile Platforms It Proberly Wont be
My Hopes For MCPE 0.8.0 Would have to be Bluetooth MultiPlayer, Enderman and Redstone Mining Capabilities
(People ask me Why I Play PE when I have the PC Version, because its on a Mobile Platform So u Can build just about Anywhere you Are

I think you should search for PocketRealm. It allows you play realm for free, and no jailbreak or root needed.
You will play like in multiplayer, except they added commands to the server too.
