I hate Bethesda, I really do.
First, they completely **** up The Elder Scrolls with the fourth game.
Then, they **** up Fallout.
Then, they sue Interplay for working on a Fallout MMO.
Then, they announce Skyrim, lie about it a bit, and make it seem oh-so-cool, even though it will suck.
And finally, they sue Mojang for using a ****ing word. Hey, Bethsoft, you don't own that word. No one can own a ****ing word unless they copyrighted it. And guess what? You copyrighted the phrase "The Elder Scrolls." Not "Scrolls." Not "Piece of Paper that is written on and rolled tightly." And not "Elder," either. So, here's what you can do, Todd Howard. You can:
1: Stop being a tight ass.
2. Stop lying about your games, and advertise them as they will be.
3. Actually make good games. Morrowind was eh. You bombed every game you've touched since then.
4. Kiss my Ass.
And, forgive my language through this whole post, but really, Todd,
**** YOU.
Thank you. Sorry, had to get that out of my system. Bethesda has been pissing me off lately. This is the last straw.

Cross your fingers. Better cross your toes, too.
After all, you are using Windows.

1. They ****ed up fallout and elder scrolls? Lol that is wierd because every one of those games has over 5 milion copies sold
2.They have copyrights over Elder Scrolls and Scrolls is a part of the copyright
3.They advertise Skyrim exactly as its gonna be.
4.I doubt you tought that before they announced this
Now before you start flaming on me know that im a gamer and i dont care if Bethesda is suing Mojang i am still going to love Skyrim and Minecraft
my multiplayer dosent work i need help it says when i type in code on multiplayer u can not connect to this sever or on home screen says java is not reconized BUT i donloaded it and re donloaded it!!!
I think people might need some clearing up here...
1-Bethesda Softworks (Bethesda Game Studios publisher) did NOT actively sue Mojang, their lawyers tricked them into doing this.
2-Bethesda Game Studios is not related to this at all, so don't be hating on them. Matter of fact when I get the money I'm going to go out there and buy Skyrim.
3-Yes it's over a word, but again, their lawyers saw that it could implicate "The Elder Scrolls" but again, Bethesda Softworks was tricked into this. "If you knew nothing about cameras and I sold you a camera without me explaining what it could do very well, would you buy it or not?" Since Bethesda Softworks did not know the situation to it's fullest, they went ahead with the sueing, much like how the camera idiot bought a camera with almost no extra things.
Phew, I hope that clears things up.
On a random note, and possibly a bit more on topic, ever wonder what would happen if Mojang went on with this game? Something tells me that Bethesda Softworks might be a little more willing to see what's going on here. Just keep the lawyers in the Lawyer Room until it's time.

*sigh*
You can't own a word.
Scrolls.
There I said it, am I going to get sued now?
While I'm at it: SKYRIM AND OBLIVION.
From an ancient plain which lies in Oblivion...
And is covered in toxic Fallout.

Anyways, it's just a word. What if he said "scrolls" in swedish?
Sue a dictionary next time. They have scroll in there a few times.
