Dear Bethesda,
Me, and many people in this forum would like you to stop causing trouble for Mojang. Using and excuse like "players could mix up this new game with their own 'Elder Scrolls' series" is nonsense. No player will ever mix up the "Elder Scrolls" with another game, because of how popular it is, and that "Elder Scrolls" "Players" are to familiar with the games themselves to notice the difference. So please leave the Indie games company alone. Thank you.

what a suck up so say elder am i getting sued NO so why sue mojang and if this does go through ill sue them because i felt like it big woop is there a difference between there lawsuit reason and mine HECK NO ive lost all respect for them and they dont own the words elder scrolls so shut up and stop the lawsuit!
And then Nintendo sues people who have "Bros"! Or are Italian, or like red, or name is Mario! This is So STUPID! You can't just SUE someone who is using a word! You can't copyright WORDS!(well I guess you can copyright names and stuff) its like they are sueing us for saying the word "Scroll"!
I really think Bethesda is weird!

doctorwhomod I don't follow the "Don't feed the trolls" rule. I feed them. I feed them so much that they get fat and die.
Guys, I'm pretty sure that there is a disclaimer that the Bethesda making the lawsuit and the Bethesda making Skyrim aren't the same entity. Stop raging at BGS because they have no part in it.

Net_Bastard's Epic Low-res! As much awesomeness that you can cram into a 5x5 texture pack, and then some!
I didn't think you could trademark a single word, I thought Bethesda could only trademark the phrase: "The Elder Scrolls" or just "Elder Scrolls" not the word scrolls itself. Does this mean Bethesda is gonna sue the creators of the bible and the dictionary, too?
All of this copyright and trademark crap is getting out of hand. You should own the rights to your own individual products, not every single freaking detail that goes into them.
These lawyers make money off of Bethesda's games, and while I was considering Skyrim, I wasn't wowed by Oblivion. This fiasco pushes me from "undecided" about Skyrim to a flat "no."
