If the game was called "Scrolls of the Elders" or something like that, that would be something for Bethesda to complain about but "Scrolls" is not worth it!
Why can't Bethesda call Mojang and be like "Hey, about that game you guys are working on called "Scrolls"?, Yea, well we think it might be confused with the game series we publish and develop called "Elder Scrolls"....
They made a mistake, suing over the word "Scrolls" Seems childish, actually it is. Stupid move on their part because they seem (actually they have) ticked off a lot of gamers. Only a couple MILLION people play minecraft, and now they enraged a good chunk of us that view the forums.

So because the parent company of a company that makes games sues a company you like, you will never buy a game from the company that made games even though it was the parent company who sued? sigh, the world is full of morons.
I am going to copyright the letter a, as well as the letter e. Then, all of you will be sued by me for using words with those letters in them. You will be forced to stop. Of course, if I lose, I will make a point of the legal system, of how you can sue for things that have only superficial similarities. I wonder how seriously Bethesda's case will be taken in court.

That's so silly! they can't sue Mojang for using the word scrolls especially because they can't sue for use of a word that has been in the english language for longer than knowledge of the North American continent!
Previously Notch said" I wasn't aware of any other games using Scrolls, I even looked it up online," which is a lie because Googling "game, scrolls" immediately yields "Elder Scrolls" to which he could not claim ignorance on as he states a dozen times on Twitter that he "loves Bethesda," meaning he plays their games. There's no way he can loose this lawsuit, but the plaintiff's lawyers are going to point that out to try & incriminate him as a willing thief, though apparently only Paris Hilton can legally own words.

1. The smart ones that read and checked all of the info
2. The people that know nothing about the situation (usually spam scrolls)
3. The people that whine and complain about the situation being unfair or stupid
