i seem to remember a game called elders... being completly stupid, i assumed it was the elder scrolls, and so bought it....

If all else fails, mojang could just call their new game parchments

having played oblivion to death, i never could figure out what the heck scrolls much less elder scrolls had to do with the game. as far as i remember they're not even mentioned. at least Mojang's game actually uses scrolls

Unless they have various named games prefixed onto 'scrolls' or a game already called 'scrolls' I call BS upon this lawsuit and they would not hold any rights to the spicific word. This would be like Lucas suing Gene and Ronald/Dean for Star Trek and Stargate for having Star in their name and being space fiction related. Actually my example is worse.

You people are acting very childish.

I move that every Mojang supporter and Minecraft player, immediately email the CEO of BS the single word "Scrolls", until their legal team Ceases and Desists the ridiculous lawsuit. It's simply a move by them, to run out competition in the console market, because Mojang recently got the 360 contract, and is gaining momentum and credibility as a game development company. Bethesda Softworks fears for their Microsoft throne. Simple as that. I call that we boycott them entirely. Remind them that by attacking Mojang, they attack the same audience that made them the company they are today.
