Sure, I understand owning a unique set of words, like "Guild Wars". But, trademarking "Guild Wars" doesn't include having the trademark of the words "Guild" and "Wars". I mean seriously; If Bethesda win this, that basically means Guild Wars can sue Warcraft for having "War" in the name.
O:< I'ma go sue Guild Wars & Warcraft because they both used the word war in it because they had nothing better to use in their names other than having "War" in them!!! I'm also gonna sue Bethesda for not having the common sense to realize that the use of the word "scrolls" belongs to no one!!
Looking at Bethesda they are simply trying to get money and for worse their suing a game that could definitely be a game on the shelves. Attacking a game that gets more players (3 000 000) in a year, compared to almost every other game company is rather funny and Bethesda is just trying to downplay Minecraft so that they look better, but in truth if this honestly keeps up, I'm not going to buy their games, and anyone else who agrees should do the same. Screw Bethesda for picking on the a growing company, and screw them for using the backwards system of Legal fees.
One other thing that annoys me, is why sue a good company that doesn't even make the same type of video game? Minecraft:Survival and free roam. Elder scrolls: RPG style questing.
Also for the topics everyone brings up, owning another word "scrolls" even, is stupid to say the least. It is just a way to get money out of smaller companies. It is truly pathetic. Bethesda will most likely say something stupid as: Were protecting or legal rights. If we don't sue everyone will walk over us.This is a lie, and most people will agree they had at least some respect for Bethesda, but after this stunt, they've lost alot; I can guarantee to you they lost alot.
In other words I am ashamed to hear this from a company I like for video games, its purely pointless. This argument is pointless, they should drop the charges and get over it.

Personally Ive never liked her and She should really get over the fact that they think they own the word Scrolls, When you can't own a word.

I agree, but I also think ZeniMax of course is playing quite a large part of this too.
