Wtf!? Bethesda Why are u guys suing mojang thats so freakin unfair! For using the word "scrolls" it's a freakin word u guys dont own it! Wow thats just ********!

Spamming "Scrolls" won't make them sue you. If you use something that another company made to make money, then that company can sue you. In this case, Mojang is using "Scrolls" as the name of a game they plan to sell, therefor making money off of the word Scrolls which Bethesda claims to own.

I'm just saying, what happens in a decade when Mojang is a huge company?

They release 'Scrolls IV: Armaggedon'

I'm just saying, in their sequels Scrolls could quite easily sound like the games in the Elder Scrolls series. (See 'Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion')

It's more of a 'this company will be releasing games with similar titles and trick people into buying them', which won't necessarily cost Bethesda that much (considering most people will just then go spend money on the correct game), but it does mean that using the title Mojang could trick people into buying games (completely unintention, I'm sure, but it could happen).

I'm just saying, everybody chill out.

Wow Bethesda need to calm the Frak down and stop bitching about this you can't own a single word and besides its a WORKING TITLE not the actuall game/project name.

While I like bethesda more than mojang, bethesda shouldn't be suing. And stop acting like mojang is a "poor little indie company," I bet minecraft has more players than Oblivion.

By that logic every time anyone uses the word 'craft' in a game, Mojang can sue them? Hell, why doesn't EA sue movie that has the word 'Art' on the cover, or have Valve file a lawsuit against all the plumbers in the US?

What a bunch of low pricks. If they do this I'm boycotting their games (just a personal decision and probably will have no affect, but I don't give a DAMN!). I'll making my own damn game and name it Scroll Quest: The Search for The Scrolls of Scrollian featuring Scrolly. Make one Excruciatingly long Series, and you think you own the word? **** you Bethesda. ****. You.
