You all keep tossing about this loaded word "fair". I hate to drag you into the real world, but life isn't fair. The world is full of opportunistic scum, and people that wouldn't hesitate to slit your throat so they could save a dime. This dispute will likely be settled in court, it will cost both companies thousands, and will be so high profile that nobody could possibly confuse scrolls with elder scrolls. Right? Wrong.
Okay, so Bethesda is getting all worked up about a SINGLE word which there are probably THOUSANDS of games with the word "scrolls" in it. Why didnt they get angry at any other of those games???, like really bethesda, think again.... just because this game is massively popular doesnt mean you can pick it out of a crowd of THOUSANDS of games that have the word "scrolls" in it's title, this is just pure overreaction. Go Mojang!!!

Bethesda, if you are so pissy as to assume potential Skyrim buyers will confuse it for Scrolls, then you have a very low perspective of your market :/ You are one of the most successful video game companies out there, and to take an indie developer to court over 1 word then you have just lost alot of respect. Anyone who knows that the prefix to Skyrim is "Elder Scrolls" will not mix up games with Scrolls... I was going to buy Skyrim, but now I'm just torrenting it, lol.
