The problem being the article itself clearly states that Bethesda is suing Mojang. The first time it was mentioned, they merely said that a letter was sent saying they would be sued but according to the article, they are actually in the midst of a lawsuit.
Although the article doesn't mention this, the title states it. Maybe your news correspondent needs to get his **** together, but don't be barking at us for believing what the article says.
Exactly this, I probably will buy skyrim because Elder Scrolls is a good series, but I'll wait until its on sale, For one thing, who says, The Elder Scrolls IV, Oblivion, no, you say oblivion, morrowind and soon, skyrim. Also, Bethesda is not a person, people seem to think that reading the comments.
Let me get this straight. Some dumb game is suing this awesome game because they are worried we are going to mix the 2 games up? Excuse me, but who even plays Elder Scrolls, it probably sucks ass.
Been reading these responses, and I can see why people shouldn't be going "GUHHH Bethesda bad" when it is in fact the lawyers... but Bethesda does have the option to repeal the case, so they do have the final word in this case.

1. No one calls The Elder Scrolls series "Scrolls", they call them by their subtext I.E Oblivion, Skyrim, E.T.C
2. The games are completely different anyways. No one will get confused over a card/ video indie game and a big budget fantasy RPG title.
And what flame starters? Really your the only one starting a flame war if anything because people like you post in forums where there opinions are obviously outnumbered and their post is more or less here only to incure retaliation from people like me.
I'm sorry, but could you just see what Bethesda is just trying to be money grabbing, publicity hogging douchebags. And don't think I'm beating up on them because of some previous hate, I loved Bethesda and their games but this is inexcusable. Things like this have happened before where one company I like unfairly squares off with another like and after that, it takes years of apologies to even make me THINK of giving my trust back to them.

Are you kidding? The Elder Scrolls is huge. Bigger than Minecraft huge. It's been around for years, well over a decade, and most the of the Elder Scrolls have won Game of the Year awards.
