What the...? Scrolls! It's just a word! It's in the dictionary! Last time I checked you can't be sued for using any other words in the dictionary! These guys are nuts!
Bethesda, if you care to read this, you will lose TONS of consumer support. MineCraft passed 3 million sales, so you wouldn't want to make a fan base that large angry. Don't poke the bee's nest. Just don't.
Damn lawyers. I love Bethesda for their games but they should get some better lawyers. At least blizzard hasn't sued any game for having craft in it yet.
(Oh, by the way, Bethesda made ONE game of the Fallout series, New Vegas was made by Obsidian entertainment and Fallout 1 & 2 was made by some other company, Bethesda PUBLISHED New Vegas)

Although i doubt this was initiated by the creators of the games,and more the lawyers who want bestheda to make more money,and if theres less competition.....
