wow, really? maybe they should also sue the developers of neverwinter nights and WoW for using "scrolls" as an item in game. its not only that its just a word its a COMMON word, if they actually do sue and win, then there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with the legal systems

LOL How did you come up with this post? Mincraft sold more before the release because it was open to public in alpha stage. This would only be settled in "time" Compare one week to 1-2 years or when ever minecraft became available.

Whats the problem with liking both games? I love Elder scrolls. If i had to choose between Minecraft and elder scrolls id say Skyrim. No contest.

Bethesda has a copyright and the word "Scrolls".......didin't think so ,it's like Cadbury's the choclate maker here in Australia ,the idiots tried to copyright the colour Purple because they use it in their packaging needles to say it got laughed out of court ,this is another example of corprate stupidity and their hopeing Mojang will be too scared to stand up to them because they know there's no way they'll win if it goes to court!
