Usually after the day a snapshot is revealed, the version history on Minecraft wiki is updated to show you all that was changed in the recent snapshot but it hasn't yet, does this mean there's still more to discover?
Are jungle biomes still laggy? I was in one last night very briefly and I did not get any of the delays that I was getting before.
Also, I would consider this a bug or side-effect of the rendering changes, but when you step under a tree (or anything) into shade, the sky darkens and looks like it is going to rain.
As for whining/ranting about the addition of the "Super Secret Settings"... get over it. I won't ever use it, and could care less that it is there, but it may end up being one less mod that we have to add to Minecraft in the future... one less that has a history of not playing well with others, 2 if they can fix up the Optifine inspired bits.
As for saying they "stole" options from Optifine... um, no... A lot of these options are in pretty much every modern game you can play.
I like the visual 'shader' type things, i for one like the fluff! Its cool for taking screenshots, and i really love the blobby ones, i wish there was one that was all blobby in the background but normal up close. Also its got to be about time for more decorative blocks right?? I mean we decorators have to get pretty creative when filling up our houses, which may not be bad thing, but a block other than bookshelves would be nice! furniture blocks maybe? smaller blocks that can be placed on items, like nik-nak type things! We need more!!!
Well at least they are getting MC set up for the API. Shaders would have been something in the API people wanted. Glad they added that. IT was one of the reasons I had stopped playing Minecraft because they are taking too long to get that API out. I ended up playing the non-finished game known as 7 Days To Die. It's minecraft - The Next Generation. But if minecraft continues to progress toward the API, that's a good sign.

Well, I went from playing on short to playing on the equivalent of tiny....Thanks Mojang I don't use any mods or resource packs either. just dropped with the new snapshots
I have a really great idea for an adventure map with this > with the motion blur and night vision,my master piece will be complete > (won't say what I'll make cause people steal them every time)
Oh: INFINITE RENDER DISTANCE [citation needed] Appears to be infinite, just change it in config.txt, it is on the 6th line. I would recommend pressing ESC to load up the world faster if you are on singleplayer.
Or they are saying some things just can't be done.

First silverfish now bats. I'm guessing it's a glitch, but it does look pretty cool on the frame
