I think Atlanta, GA is much more likely...Paris was chosen because it was a major transportation hub and thus easily reached by all. There is no bigger transportation hub than Atlanta, and Atlanta has tons of convention facilities. It's also on the U.S. east coast (well, near enough).
This year I think It should be in Orlando I mean if it was in Texas that would be nice except that is like not a good location for people to go to it is way to hot and stupid! *Hint* I live in Texas and Hate it!

Well just because it is in the Us does not mean everyone can go if this is in Florida I can finally go to it I could not go to any other minecons.
Everyone who is complaining Minecon is in the US again doesn't even know how big it really is. I live in Pennsylvania. Las Vegas to where I live is 10x the distance of London to Paris. Almost everyone on the east coast couldn't go because it costs so much money to fly coast to coast.
a great place would be Louisiana. I'm Nola at heart and i think it would be fun to host it here, we have the Audubon areas, the river walk, all that cool stuff. nola!
