Hope it's in Florida. That would make the most sense especially if it is around the Orlando area. New York isn't as "kid-friendly" and can get quite pricey. Glad that it has been confirmed for the East Coast, though! Seems like Minecon will be extremely popular this year with all of the attention last year's event received.

It would be better for almost everybody if it was in florida. the hotels would be cheaper and it would be less frustrating. If it was is florida Me (along with like 20 friends) would be going. no doubt about it.

I figured it would be in either Orlando, Atlanta, or Charolette. They've already had mine con around North East Coast, so this one is probably South East Coast.
