I remember this image being a preview for this upcoming patch. I was excited for the UFO, the alien with the gun and the shark, but all we get is the horse from the picture :< I like the horse, but why was THIS image the preview for this patch if you were only going to include the horses?
That's just a test to see if 1.6 is released. When 1.6 is released, Mojang will put "1_6_has_been_released.flag" on the MC website, then the launcher knows when to update.
Congrats Mojang, you've come a long way since I joined in 1.7!
Y'know, 1.7- and 1.8+ are like two entirely different games. I'm glad I saved my 1.7.3 jar, even though I love the new updates too.
YAHOO, PLOP in and wow Mojang will never go down at this rate! soon or later everyone in the world will have Minecraft ! and they'll finnaly shut down copy's of minecraft, like roblox ! hope that happens cuz Roblox are putting ad's EVERYWHERE
I'm just saying, but Roblox was made in 2005, 4 years before Minecraft. Roblox sucks now....

anyways im new so if anyone could tell me some things I should know thx
and watch your backssssss go ahead get your revenge emoticons are bauss
Why do you think that? Pretty much every gamer has heard of Minecraft by now. I doubt having it on Steam would get those people to buy it if they haven't already. I mean, why use a DRM if you don't have to?
I agree but just saying steam isn't drm, you can login offline
Yay to Minecraft! 11 million. Thats a lot! I remember when the game was still in its begining and they added blaze rods. I was so excited! Oh the good ol' days!
How where those the good ol' days? Blaze rods first appeared in minecraft in the first 1.9 pre release, which was on September 22, 2011. Minecraft was released on May 17, 2009. Well, the time in between now and 2011 has been a year and a bit (a long time), but the 1.9 pre release certainly wasn't around when minecraft was still in its beginning.
Nosy "Aw, lad" or Minecraft farce? Nimrod always on.
Congratulations! There'll be a better one at 15 million. (That should give me time to come up with it.)

This game isn't revolutionary and it has been stealing the spotlight for too long, more people need to buy overgrowth and show Wolfire some support.

This game is nothing like minecraft so why even compare it? I went to the site at LEAST expecting something at kinda like minecraft...
Wow. I started playing this game in it's early stages, never expecting it to get this big. Congrats mojang, great job.
