Ooh, at first I thought it was the Minecraft version of "dumb ways to die" that popped up a while back, but this is surprisingly good! I quite like it. The visuals and music are pretty darn boopin'... whatever that means.

If a zombie infects a baby villager it makes a baby zombie villager. Can't really see if these are baby zombies (edited into the game with third-party programs) or baby zombie villagers.
This is epic. At first I thought it was a Minecraft parody of "Dumb Ways to Die", but it is awesome. Maybe even better than the original. I couldn't not subscribe.
Nope, not in vanilla. If a zombie infects a baby villager, it turns into a baby zombie villager. There is code for baby normal zombies (and baby zombie pigmen!) in-game, and they can be spawned with outside tools/mods, but they don't spawn naturally.
