I like the current snapshot, however I would like to suggest a change to the carpets. Make it to where you can somehow place stuff on carpets. RIght now if you try to place anything on Carpets it goes to float mode. Also would it be really hard and too much to ask that you all add in stairs and slabs of the new clay before official 1.6 release? Also thanks for making it take a golden apple to breed a horse and sugar to feed it (it made gold and sugar can useful again, however now we still need a viable use for Lapis other than decorating purposes.)

Actually, it was either Jeb or dinnerbone who tweated about wanting to add Birds and Fish in this update as well, so I think that's what he ment by mobS.

The way to semi-fix this is to turn music off. Not down, completely off. Sounds can still work just not the music. There is a way to tweak this in the actual coding or .jar but I'm not sure how to do that. The quick fix is just turning the music off.

few points:
1. 'elmo' is Grum, a photogenic developer
2.Bug fixes are good! and usually fix more than is said on the tin!
3.Lighting issues have returned
4. Villager sounds... the Hmmm is probably placeholder, resource packs will be able to change that

Great! I like how the villagers make that "Hmmm..." sound! Also, the baby villagers make squeaky "Hmmm..." sounds. xD
