So then its true? That means this isn't a competition its an event to see how many people you can get building on your server. And seems a bit odd when you say its themed Medieval and have a flying plane at the beginning.
Question is... If you already have experienced builders. Why have an "Event" call it "Medieval" that you know your own team is just going to win anyway..
What's the game here? What do the hosts get out of a bunch of builds that the majority of them they are not even going to care about anyway. Is it just the hopes of finding a few minor ones they can use to pull over to another server, or perhaps they need some ideas of new things to build. Maybe this is just more of an advertisement for a server....
I don't want help building. Just understanding this. I think I'd rather spend the time working on my adventure map and sharing that later on then spending the time building something that will end up in a scrap pile later on anyway.

Since it's rigged and the winner has already been announced, I quit my plot. I gave it to someone else.
In case someone wanted to see what I had, here is 1 picture of what I had before I gave my plot away. I took several pictures. The person in the picture is the guy I gave the plot over too.
Total Man hours : 5.
Adding the ocean water in there is what took so long.
Yeah.... I don't think I am going to do any more work on mine either. I had a nice little town going but then thought.... Whats the point! I could be using that time to work on my RP world I am creating using the CustomNPC mod. I plan to make a whole RPG game out of it and can always use additional villages to discover. I do plan to release part of it soon in which in the world I created the Castle from the 1984 game called "Castle Adventure". If anyone is wondering what that game is just do a search for "Castle adventure 1984". Some of the castle had to be altered because it all doesn't fit together right but for the most part all of it is correct.
I hope to get something out to the public as I would love some feedback on how I am doing all of the NPC's. Right now they use a classic Ultima like conversation where you can ask them "Name, Job....." All of that sort of thing with a small twist of some console RPG in there as well. I think it will come out nice and I hope the public will enjoy it.
So.... in ending... I'm done working on my plot. Some of the walls went up, there are some buildings there, a working execution device mostly built. Would have been a really nice town but I think at this point I'd rather invest into getting my RPG game done.
i have a question that would mess up yalls brains for the default texture pack thing can i have faithfulcraft? it is the default texture pack but it just looks nicer
