Farlander wins by a landslide in my eyes.
Endermen was a "copy" of the Slendermen-meme, but Farlanders is unique to minecrafts universe, and the idea that they hail from the far lands appeals greatly to me.

i think farlander is better for two reasons, 1) because of the distortion the farlands create and personally i think they look like distorted skeletons 2) i have an idea for an adventure map i'm calling life in the far lands and these guys would definitely work to my advantage
Enderman has a creeoy feeling in it (And its a fitting reference), but Farlander would have in-game foundations.... Imma just stay here and watch what happens.
