ok i just totally deleted my .minecraft folder. ran minecraft, let the folder start fresh. i got back to 1.8.1. deleted the 1.8.1 version. Put in the 1.9 v4 download but still the same thing happened. did i do somtehing wrong?
ummm i dont know how to install. On windows xp the downloasd gave me a minecraft.jar file. Now it just gives me a mincraft zip file with all the contents of a .jar file. I've replaced the 1.8.1 .jar file with the zip file and it didn't work. (obviously it is a zip file of course it won't work!!!!!) so yeah. can anyone help me?
dragons are available, but you must right click with a golden sword in 'The End' for them to spawn

You have to get some extra .class files for it to work (as said above) and you can spawn them anywhere, it's not restricted to The End. BUT, dragons will break block that are not native to The End.
Yeah I'm a lazy guy with little time. I'm gonna play it but I'm pretty sure I won't catch everything that's new. Hoping a list of changes comes up soon.

Curse PremiumHe was using a tiny mod that allowed him to do it. Here's the modded class files, install them the same way you would any generic mod:
