I really like the anvil idea. Maybe instead of combining two used tools to get one new one, we should use pieces of the tool's material to fix it. It should also not take away the enchantments. So if you have a really great diamond blade that taken a while to enchant, you can just take a diamond, and an anvil, and restore it back to new!
Or perhaps the sword is at half durability, you place on diamond into a slot in the anvil, the diamond sword, and you use up a small amount of Exp to repair the diamond sword while keeping the enchantment?
I like the disembodied head trophies! I never would have thought of that one! Now, I would like to see tools and weapons as decorations. You would be able to place them on a block, or hang them on a wall, now that would be awesome! You guys are doing a great job with this game (except for leather in the book recipe). Minecraft has become a sort of religion to me!
this really isnt a decortive item or block but there should be a wearable pressure plate that when someone punches you it can activate TNT in your inventory and activate doors behind you also it gives you 1 1/2 armour points (in armour bar)
rug, made from 8 leather around a bone or 9 leather, like paintings, this will be an entity, so blocks can be placed on it, and a 3.D. creeper head, on top (in front of) of the body with legs at the botom, I would put a creeper rug with a chest between the legs, the rug would even be great for hiding traps, (i would have pressure plate T.N.T. hidden for when the moron comes to loot my trap)
Hollow stone and or brick blocks , that are placeable like the logs are now , horizontally and veritcally . They would allow water and lava to pass thru them . Would be the begining of "pipes" for more control of liquid in the game without getting to crazy...Maybe even be able to shoot arrows and flame charges thru them as well .
