If it was in AU then the US would complain, it has nothing to do with choice. Maybe there are more US players then any other country, in which case it would be a good idea to have it there. I live in Canada, but I still decided to go.
There will be more tickets available more than likely next Con, depending on how this Con goes and what people think afterward. I am one of the handful that are lucky enough to already live in Las Vegas. If it grows, or there are more games/stuff to feature in the next convention, more tickets should be available. It should also be moved to a larger area to accommodate more people...Mandalay Bay convention center can only hold so many people :-/ maybe I'll write up a forum post of my personal experience at the convention since this will be my third convention ever, not counting the 4 I attended in a 'showman' capacity. I can actually be a normal attendee this time :-D
The upcoming convention to highlight and celebrate the launch of indie blockbuster Minecraft has no more tickets left for purchase. We're looking forward to seeing everyone who will be attending Minecon! If you didn't have a chance to purchase tickets for attendance, don't worry - we will have full coverage of the convention, which we'll bring straight to you right here on the forums! Check in frequently for more updates.
are you going to send the tickets by mail or are you going have us pick up tickets there
