I would have liked the introduction of a silver ore that trades at 16-1 to gold. Gold and silver are already considered money, so it makes sense. And then it would be easier to get gold for powered track by trading them suckers some cobble.
Now all we need is a module for a derivatives trading scheme so that I can take out multiple bets on the testificates defaulting on their mortgages after a zombie overrun.
Okay, currency. Right. I can get used to currency rather than just trading. I wasn't expec- wait, does this mean blacksmith shops aren't gonna have chests in them any more, we have to buy their stuff? (Incase jeb reads this - no, that's not a positive in my book...)
Guys! See that thing behind the house in the jungle? Its right above the house at the top of the picture! It looks like some building or staircase or something!
Also, why do people insult Jeb when an update doesn't come, but cheers him on when something good comes?

I'm pretty sure that's an artifact of the picture being blown up. Note that the wooden sides of the house have the same horizontal lines on them.

Because people are jerks. However, you ask this like it's the odd way to behave. Would you expect them to insult him when he makes good updates?
When I first saw this, I realized I needed villagers. I live in a village, but all the inhabitants kicked the bucket long ago,and I have a huge building I'm still working on there, so I can't just move. I also found another village, thousands of blocks away from here. So that's why I'm in an abandoned mineshaft, combing the ground for rails. On my opinions on the trading, it appears they won't make it into, if a single gem is 20 raw chicken. If they add an ore, I'd better be prepared to generate some new chunks...
yes! Finally, we have trading! from looking at that picture, it looks like Raw Chicken is LOW in value...getting 1 coin for 20 of them...and yeah, that doesn't quite look like redstone ore...interesting...coin ore!
oh, and the red coins remind me a bit of Mario, lol

Im pretty sure that you get 1 coin for each of the 20 chickens.. Otherwise I can buy 80 chickens for 4 coins... Id never have to worry about food again...
Is that a new gravel texture in that second picture? Also, it looks like that NPC village is in a jungle. I thought those only spawned in grasslands and deserts.
the second picture. is there a reason you don't see any of the testificates faces? do they have new faces? and is that a beard on that guy in the foreground?
No. That is not a beard, that is a butcher's apron

GENERATION 18: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig on any forum and add 1 to the generation. Social experiment.
JEB FIX YOU GOD [email protected]#$ FLOATING SAND SAND IS SUPPOSE TO FOLLOW GRAVITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So out of all the bugs, (example: weird glitches in mobs and blocks, lag problems, crashes, non pausable game, etc) you want a floating sand block (which if you touch it falls) to be removed? o.o
yes i agree i think the red circle coin type things will be made with 4 or more red stone. just a guess but i think its a good one
I think they are rubies, since they really would have done a better job at creating a coin texture than that if it were a coin, and on the first picture, in the middle-right edge, you can see a new ore, which is probably ruby ore.
I have no idea what the GUI is about though. (At least I know it's about trading! :D)

Curse PremiumDude can you NOT see the ore?
Probably gravel as I see signs of a village in the jungle, and villagers use gravel for roads

Nope, I don't see it. Do you mean in the first picture of the inventory? He has seeds in his hand, is that what you're looking at?
