Absolutely the wrong answer. You can not say that my gtx660 is a crappy shader card. Still a lot of lighting bugs. No other game I play does that. Overall a good update, it adds a lot to the game. But I also hope for a patch that solves the lighting bugs.

It's bug in calculations, not rendering. Otherwise I would not get mobs spawning in glitched areas.

Love the update it is SICK. I noticed a little bit of lag (especially since never had lag on it before haha) however it does not take away from the update in my opinion. Wither is awesome! he is a pain to fight destroys everything you run around and all in all annoying... but hey he is not meant to be easy. haven't seen a wither skeleton yet but excited to see one soon I hope. Also gotta say Infections, more crop types, and controlling pigs is awesome. One of the cooler things to me is the jump in AI to mobs but also the fact that they pick up gear... zombies at least. so yeah Love the update! Great Job!

Is anyone else crashing after they try to enter the nether? And then I can't even open MC without it crashing...

Nope. 1.8, with the new lighting. Before they were almsot nonexistent.

And... Sunlight? Torches in the villages and strongholds don't emit light sometimes.

I really hope they come out with a fix for the witch glitch soon. The one where they don't appear. They only exist currently in creative. Or might as well.

Sure, 1.2 increased number of them. But most of them were added in 1.8. For example, try to go to the Nether in 1.1.

Are you on the same internet? LAN stands for Local Area Network. You have to be on the same internet for it to work.

I honestly think that Mojang should stop adding things into the game and focus on OPTIMIZING the game and FIXING BUGS. Please do not take this the wrong way.
