I have a few questions. Will this work for the Ipod 3g and 4g, the Iphone 1, 2g, 3g, and 4g, the Ipad 1 and 2? Will this app be free, and if so is it only free for those who already have minecraft, if this app isnt free how much will it cost? Is this going to be minecraft classic, survival, or both(optional)? When will this app come out? Is this app for singleplayer, multiplayer, or both? Will there be mods, texture packs, or singleplayer commands? Will there be mobs? Will there be all of the items that are on Minecraft now? Will there be anything added in that isn't in Minecraft now? Will there be an edit tool? Will water and lava flow as it should? Will we be able to upload our worlds to the computer? How many worlds can we have? Will we be able to type in seeds? Will villiages be created? Will there be dunges and abandoned mines? Will there be updates like normal? Will this be on the Appstore, Cydia, Minecraft.com, or Minecraftforum.net? Will we be able to log in our Minecraft accounts? Will there be damage, healt, hunger, air limit (able to drown)? Will we have to mine items to get them, or will we just start with them? Will this app need an Internet connection? Will this app take up alot of space? Will we be able to stack things, or even stack things we couldn't stack before? Will there be a rendering option? Will there be an option for the lighting? Will there be an option for peacefull, easy, normal, or hard? Cand run a server, and if so will we need another appor a computer? Is it instant mineing like on Classic mode, or does it take time like on Survival? Do we have to log into anything? Can we save worlds? Can we listen to our own music while playing this game? Can we share levels? Will this connect with Gamecenter? And how much battery does it use (on a scale of 1-10 1 being the least, 10 being the most)?
I've tried the Demo, its quick, and easy to control
But!!
If we already own the PC version, why do we have to spend another £4.29 for the pocket edition, can't we just login in with username and password?
"Purchase Minecraft"
"When Minecraft is finished, it will sell for about £17.95. If you pre-purchase now during beta, you pay just £13.95!"
"Please note that when you buy the game, you're paying for the game as it is right now! You will also get the full version of Minecraft when it is released. Read the terms of use for more information on your purchase."

Sure.
We should get every platforms' version if we pay for one of them right?
If it were your game, wouldn't you charge people to cover all the development cost, etc. instead of giving it away for free?
Sure you would!
Now that I've ragged on you (and the rest of the "it should be free" crowd), I do want to thank you for the rest of the post. It's nice to hear that it's easy to control and no lag. Hopefully the xbox and IOS versions will be the same way! Remember that this coming from someone who is really soured on the PC versions- both my Win and Mac laptops overheat and have memory problems (which hopefully Jeb is fixing), so this is great news.
Thanks

Of course I have.
Yes, I know, and it's sad that Apple get to profit from them.
You don't know that, considering Apple takes 0.99$ Each DL in addition to X$ a month to keep it in the app store.
Those who can afford to waste money on an iPhone/iPod Touch can most likely afford a decent computer.
So get a smaller one. I bet someone would give out money to take away one of their old ones. Or you could always just turn of view bobbing.
Indie game = Game made independently.
Independent = Not depending on anything.
In this case, Mojang doesn't depend on being a big company like Nintendo/Sega/Valve/etc. The team is only a few people or something(as far as I know).
So yea it's still an indie game.
