no, Herobrine is an ongoing joke from the pc version. it refers to a mob that was in alpha called the human mob. go to the wiki for the pc version and look it up under removed mobs.

Ugh, why do my doors lack sound after this update? Although, i think it's a good thing IMO. That sound does get annoying after a while.

It's not identical but the terrain is the same. Some of the features from future updates were added, like faster-growing melons.

EDIT: Okay, breaking the block behind it gets it working.

How does this new update work with the limited world size? For instance my first world had no cacti in it at all. What are the odds that when I start a new world I will have at least one Stronghold, Village, Abandoned Mineshaft and Ravine? Would it not suck to invest a lot of playing time in a world just to realize you have no village.

Does anyone know of a seed that has everything? I don't want to start a new world with my wife just to find out we're missing something.

Uh, is it just me or is the Pumpkin > Pumpkin Seeds missing from the Food tile? :S
