can anyone answer me this question, will i have to make a new save or do i get EVERYTHING in the current save i have now when this update comes out?

You'll know when it comes out when they do.
As for the rest, structures/biomes will only occur in newly generated chunks iirc, so if you have a large amount of your world unexplored, that's where those changes will apply. Other things, like apples coming from trees, Endermen spawning, and passive mobs being persistent will apply regardless of location. New worlds will be smoother, but as long as you have unexplored areas, old ones can have some new land features as well.
It says in the upcoming xbox 360 features that it's in the Microsoft Certification process right now. Meaning that it could be out later today, tomorrow, or friday, it's anyone's guess.

I'm glad they're finally getting rid of the duplication glitch. Most of the people I know rely on duping to get everything, which is really annoying if you want to do things legit. I'm sure someone will find another way to dupe sooner or later, but at least it's gone for the time being.
I am so stoked about this ts now going to be much easier on xbox with the food stacked, the hunger system, melon farming, etc. is there going to be animal farming?

I personally prefer having gradual health regen, and it gave them a reason to have food stack so... meh.
