Anyone know why I can't get the server to work? When I try to run it, it tries to create these two things over and over... Its awful... Sooo much spam, what do I do?

I found a duplication bug D: If you put something on a crafting table and then exit the crafting table, you drop 2 of the item that's in there. One of them can be picked up and the other gives you an infinite amount of that item. PLZ FIX I HATE IT.
Mine crashes on launch and I'm getting the error:
"Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from C:\users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\minecraft.jar"
Resolved: Downloading directly into the \.minecraft\bin\ folder causes this issue.
Can any one help??
