Whoever has no clue how to play this, follow these directions;
1. Hit the Windows button on your keyboard + R at the same time
2. Type %appdata%
3. Locate your .minecraft folder
4. Go to your bin folder located in the .minecraft folder
5. Download the new Minecraft.jar and drag it into the bin folder
6. Remove and Replace with the old one.
Note: If your old 1.7.3 jar still has mods on it that you don't want to re-add, make a backup.
What? I can't make sense of this. What it looks like to me you're saying is I put the 1.8 jar in, delete it, and replace it with the old one. That doesn't make much sense to me. I just tried backing up and deleting the 1.7.3 and replacing it with 1.8. That got me a crash. Could you simplify this please?

I have done everything you guys have said. I replaced the .jar file with the leaked version yet it freezes on done loading. Can someone help pls??? :angry.gif:
I got something similar, I crash when I try to create a new world.
I'm on guess what... windows 7! And I have no lagging at all even on max graphics! And I'm on a laptop which is not high-end!
